Our 1,500-hour cosmetology program is designed to help students succeed in all aspects of beauty. Not only will students learn nail and skin care techniques, they’ll also be taught business and marketing skills. There’s a lot that goes into the beauty industry and we want our students to feel like they can be successful in all aspects of it after they complete their education.

Here at Crave Beauty Academy, our students learn cosmetology techniques by practicing on real guests in our student salon. We do this so our students can feel confident in their skills after completing an education in cosmetology, so they can start their career knowing how to interact with clients and earn their loyalty. It’s important to us that our students receive an education that will prepare them for both their time here learning beauty techniques and when they enter the working world. That’s why we are an exclusive Pivot Point Legacy Academy at both of our locations!
We want our students to understand the important role that products have on the beauty process. That’s why we’ve partnered ourselves with professional beauty brands like Redken, OPI, Matrix, American Crew, CND, Dermalogica, and Hair pHix to expose our students to professional beauty products. Products may vary by campus.

Students can learn cosmetology through our program’s four stages: Core Training, Experience, Create, and Salon Life. This four-step learning process helps students learn how to push their creative limits while also working with clients to give them a hairstyle or other service that they’ll love. We also offer a variety of learning tools like workshops and trade shows to help students with their complete journey through cosmetology.
We want to help students with their education in cosmetology beyond their time in the classroom, which is why we teach students through Pivot Point International Educational System. This program allows students to continually learn cosmetology through iPads, laptops or tablets. With all these available tools, students can learn in-depth cosmetology skills that go beyond just hair. We’ve partnered with this learning tool for many years because we love the added support it gives to our students’ education.
