Kim McIntosh
President & Owner

Kim McIntosh is the owner of Crave Beauty Academy and is the spirit and heart of
Crave Beauty Academy! She has worked tirelessly to build a school that feels like a
family and focuses on lifting others, whether it be students in the classroom or clients in
the Student Salon. A lifelong dedication to education, hard work, and fun are all qualities
that Kim brings to the table to make CBA an outstanding school. Kim was the 2020 N.F.
Cimaglia Award Recipient, which recognizes individuals who have demonstrated
continuous outstanding service in the beauty education industry.

Stacey Peters
Senior Director

Mrs. Peters has been in the beauty industry for 30 years and employed with Crave
Beauty Academy for 22. She holds a Cosmetology license and has been an Educator
since 2004. Stacey is responsible for compliance with governing agencies, and ensuring
the academies follow all regulatory requirements to maintain the high standards and
expectations of CBA.

Jessy Orth
ICT Campus Director

Ms. Orth has been in the beauty industry for 19 years and employed with Crave Beauty
Academy for 16. She holds a Cosmetology & Instructor’s license and specializes in
men’s hair and FX make-up.

Hollie Holtzinger
Executive Administrative Assistant

Mrs. Holtzinger has been in the beauty industry for 9 years and employed with Crave
Beauty Academy for 6. She holds a Cosmetology license and specializes in FX make-
up.

Jessica Rousseau
Business Office

Mrs. Rousseau has been employed with Crave Beauty Academy for 2 years. She
enjoys educating future students about financial aid and helping them strategize how to
pay for their education.

Journei Bales
Guest Services Coordinator

Ms. Bales grew up in the beauty industry and has been employed with Crave Beauty
Academy for 1 year. She holds an Esthetics license and specializes in lashes.

Guest Services Coordinator

Ms. Link has been in the beauty industry for 3 years and has been employed with Crave
Beauty since January 2024. She holds a Cosmetology & Nail technician license and
specializes in nail art.

with Crave Beauty Academy since January 2024. She holds a Cosmetology license

Lead Educator and Cosmetology Instructor

Mrs. Marshall has been in the beauty industry for 8 years and employed with Crave
Beauty Academy for 2 years. She holds a Cosmetology & Instructor’s license and
specializes in fashion color and blonding.

Stephanie Pace
Lead Esthetics Instructor

Mrs. Pace has been in the beauty industry for 8 years and has been employed with
Crave Beauty Academy for 3 years. She holds a Massage Therapy and Esthetics
license and specializes in helping people feel relaxed and rejuvenated by incorporating
skincare into her massages.

ICT Social Media Coordinator and Nail Instructor

Mrs. Wilson has been in the beauty industry for 2 years and has been employed with
Crave Beauty Academy since July 2023. She holds a Nail Technician & Instructor’s
license and specializes in acrylic and character nails.

Cosmetology Instructor
