Creating beautiful nail art and helping people feel more confident through high-quality nail services can be rewarding to you and the people you provide services for. Do you see yourself enjoying a future in nail services? Our nail technology program could be perfect for you! Our program provides students with valuable knowledge and skills, such as natural nail health, nail extensions, massage techniques, and more. We also train students in the business and marketing aspects of the beauty industry.
Practice your newly learned skills in our student clinic, which is designed to be like a professional salon. All the services that students provide are directly supervised by a licensed professional. Our full-time nail technology program is one of our shortest programs and can be an excellent way to enter the world of beauty, so let us know when you are ready to enroll!
This program is offered to full-time students in Wichita, KS and St. Louis, MO. It takes 350 hours in Wichita, which can be completed in as little as 10 weeks. In St. Louis, the nail tech program takes 400 hours.
With books and equipment added to the cost, your tuition investment is about $4,379.28. Financial aid is available to those who qualify. See our Financial Aid page for more information.
Although we can’t ensure each graduate gets a nail-related job, we do prepare students for a future in the beauty industry. Nail technicians may work as a professional manicurist and/or pedicurist in a salon, or they could begin a career as a nail art specialist. Nail techs can specialize in artificial nail services, magazine nail fashion, or managing a spa or salon. Some nail technicians may choose to become an educator in a beauty school.
At each Crave Beauty Academy campus, we have a student clinic, which is like a professional salon. Real clients from the community can schedule services, including nail services, which are provided by our students under the direct supervision of licensed professionals. Students get the opportunity to learn how to make clients feel comfortable and to use high-quality nail products.
Touring the campus of your choice is one of the best ways to learn more about our programs. You get an opportunity to see the campus, experience a bit of campus life, talk to current students and instructors, and check out the student clinic. We also schedule a personal interview, so you get a chance to ask questions and learn the details of our enrollment process.
Let us help you begin the enrollment process. To enroll, you must be a high school graduate or have a GED, and you must be at least 17 years old. You will need a copy of your birth certificate and a copy of photo ID. When you come for a campus tour, we will show you what our school and student clinic are like, and we will also sit down with you for a personal interview. You can ask us questions and learn the details of our easy application and enrollment process. Contact us to start your journey today!
Our accredited 1500-hour program equips you with the foundational skills to work with hair, skin, and nails. With a blend of classroom learning and hands-on salon floor experience, you can be ready to launch your future as a cosmetologist.
